As a personal trainer, Rose uses a blend of fitness training techniques with her clients, including circuit training, boot camps, sports conditioning and weight loss. She holds nationally recognized certifications with the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and Penn Foster.
Rose was born in Nashville,
Tennessee and raised in Murfressboro. Working two jobs as a single mother of 4, she struggled with weight problems during her late twenties and even developed hypertension.
In the year 1997 she began to take control of her health by making time in her schedule to train and eat healthier. At age 49 , she began to pursue a career in bodybuilding, placing runner-up in 2 major competitions. This venture lead to her hidden passion to becoming a personal trainer.
In 2005 Rose relocated to Atlanta, Georgia and opened her own fitness business , naming it after her late father Roosevelt "Bud" Evans and so began "Rosebud Fitness".
